Not Customer Centric/User Friendly
I never rate apps, but this one lacks the basic needs. A user is unable to type a message to the Tax preparer with commas. There is no autocorrect feature for spell check. To reset the password you need your Login credentials, but your aren’t able to select “forgot login”. Overall it is the worse app I’ve ever used and I’ll be recommending that my tax preparer return to their previous platform.

Unable to Login
Just created the account went to upload my information and it timed me out. I screenshotted the info and password. When I went to log back in. It says the information is not in the system. Then when i go to change password and enter all of that info it says account already exists.. So which is it? It wont let me change the password. Suck a waste of time!

Great App
They have done some great improvements to make this app user friendly. My only complaint is there is not an option for user to put in their kids.
Hard to get back into your account
So I digit my account name and now I cannot get into the account. They have no way for you to get back into your account

Not user friendly
After years of doing my own taxes I now had a tax preparer help me with it. So he recommended this app. I like the concept and idea, but there needs to be some improvements.
The app is not user friendly. There’s no computer app or online version in order to view everything on a bigger screen. And I’m not able to upload documents from a file on my phone or screenshots from a photo. I wish I was able to receive notifications of received messages from my tax preparer. And it freezes at times where I need to delete and reinstall on my phone.

The app doesn’t load
This is my first year file on taxes. My tax guy told me to download this app and it doesn’t work. It just sits on the loading screen forever.
Appreciation
App is easy to use! Great job! I’ve been using the app for a few years! Easy navigation! It’s no other app that is better than this!
Bad
This is the second year my tax preparer has tried to use this app to do my taxes. The app doesn’t want to save certain documents and shuts the app down when I open the app again it didn’t save the document and I have to log back into the app. Snail mail would be faster .

First of all this app is very slow secondly the person that did my taxes using this app has messed my life up I now have to pay the irs because of something that they put in under my name I won’t be getting a refund for next two years! Worked for me!
It took a bit of navigating but the app worked for me. I like how I’m able to go back and see, retrieve, or change my info. I also like how I can see the progress of my return from the tax prep to myself to the irs process. I can upload documents easily here and securely message my tax preparer as well. Very convenient.

Need improvement
Every time I try to upload a document the app close. Really inconvenient, back quality.
New return request
After putting in Social Security number in the app, error 122 states try again later. Is there something wrong with the app? I can’t get my information entered.
Useless
Absolutely unacceptable for this app not to work like it should. Can’t upload my DL without converting it, so had to email it to myself then save it to my files then upload it only for the app to continuously force close itself. Can’t even sign off on my friken taxes because the sign pad does the same thing and force closes the app. This is a disservice to my tax preparer and to myself. You need to fix this immediately before myself and numerous others reach out to the better business bureau!

I am trying to send my client the signature request for this app and it’s saying it’s under maintenance and it will not go through. Why is it not working and when will it be fixed?

TOO MANY APP ISSUES
I am a tax professional that use this app for my clients. They are entirely too many issues with this app. It is not user friendly. To many error messages when clients try to sign up and upload documents. Please fix it
