App not working
App is not working. I’ll open the app and just have a blank screen.

It is basically the website in an app. Does not keep you logged in, doesn’t let you use face id to login, doesn’t let you add insurance card to apple wallet. What is the point of having the app if your not going to add the things that make having the app useful?
Add option to add card to Apple wallet!
We would like the option to add out blue cross blue shield / team care card to apple wallet please.

App won’t even open. Took me 15 to 20 minutes to get it to work just enough to get registered. Now when I try to open the app it’s just a blank white page. I’ve forced closed and tried to reopen it numerous times. Still just a blank page. Even the website just half works. Someone needs to put a little time in and fix this stuff since everyone wants everything done online. If it don’t work how am I supposed to use it.

I love Teamcare, but their app is terrible
I logged in to my account, clicked on Contact Us, then couldn’t navigate away from that page no matter which heading I clicked. I had to give up and go to the website 👎
Face ID
I agree with a previous review that Face ID would be a great addition to the app. Otherwise great app.

I was so happy to finally get this App. It’s great to not have to look everything up on line and have access to your claims on the go. One thing that would be a big enhancement would be the addition of Face ID so you can log in easier .
