Will charge your Apple Pay without processing the order. I called and she told me this is a known issue and I have to call my bank to get my money back. Ridiculous.

Super buggy. Sometimes it tells me I need to re login because my session has expired, so I log out and log back in and it is the same issue. It’s like they don’t want business.

I luv THB & the service and their great food!! Ariel is so sweet and professional. Will be my favorite breakfast place for life!!!
Useless after update
The app worked fine for years. Now the first update in many months and they botched it. It’s now unusable because it crashes. Every. Single. Time.

Best bagels in Baltimore
The best bagels , wide variety of goodness and great customer care
App doesn’t always list the most common bagels.
When it works the app is great, but often common bagels like everything is not listed on the app. So one can’t preorder the bagels that they have when going to the store. Very common at the Towson location.
Great and kind people
Food is awesome I’m a big fan of the locust point location where Morris and his staff are always kind, smiling and helpful. Eat here twice a week minimum!
THB is the best
Coming out from Indiana to visit family THB is always a stop for me.. Amazing Bagels and great sandwiches. So good in fact when I drive home I always take 6-12 garlic bagels and 4-7 chocolate chip bagels home with me as well and couple 1/2 pounds of cream cheese and also a couple 1/2 pounds of egg salad. Delicious. Best bagels I’ve ever had!!

Phenomenal food and amazing fast service usually with a smile
I love this location! Not only is the food always great the one time there was an innocent mix up they went above and beyond to make it right and were kind and considerate. The food is always fresh and amazing and so quick for pick up. Plus you Can earn free food in the app for the food you’re already getting and there are extra

Great food but app terrible
Do you think that the best place to get a breakfast sandwich anywhere in Baltimore would have a better app but the app is an abomination. You can’t re-order anything it redirects you everywhere and you constantly have to reestablish user names and passwords and reset your password and establish new profiles every couple of weeks for some unknown reason

The new app version is way worse than the old one
Please revert to the old version of the app. New version of the app is buggy and has a poor user interface

Hate the new app
While I really like THB themselves, I hate the new app. Rewards are no longer streamline, the ordering process is cumbersome, and unless you know what you past orders were you can’t easily order from past orders

New App Rewards Don’t Work
They advertise the new app has a new reward program. The new program basically lets you accumulate points and that’s it. Must save them a ton compared to the old program. The rewards have me a reason to purchase from them. Not anymore
