Fitting - I downloaded this as they're one of my student loan providers....Turns out the app’s performance is a poetic reflection of my degree: expensive and non-functional. F-
Dark Mode Unsupported
You simply cannot see text when i’m dark mode on iOS. Garbage.
Not working correctly
When trying to use the app you are unable to see what you are typing.
Not Useful
Once typing in information on the app, you’re unable to see an text in the box.
horrible app
absolutely no help, how can you take this company seriously when they don’t even make the slightest effort to fix this app. i think it’s a scam

Not working properly
When I type in my info you can’t actually see what you are typing in... it shows you are typing something in but you can’t see it. Also I have reset my password twice and still ask me to reset all over again. I have not been successful at logging in to this app as I have been on the web.
