Loan progress on Home — Customers see a new progress card on the home screen with balance, next due date, payment amount, and a visual progress bar showing how far along they are on their loan term. On-track status — The app shows whether a customer is Ahead, On Track, or Behind on payments, with clear messaging and a quick path to make a payment when they’re behind. Detailed progress in Payment History — The loan details screen adds a Loan Progress section with balance paid down, payments completed vs. total, and schedule alignment so customers can see payoff progress at a glance.
