AES is a disgusting company. They have been taking advantage of people for years. I’ve paid my loan off 2x over and am still paying. They are an awful group.
Need Face Recognition for Login
You don’t have it, so it takes me twice as long to pay you.
Mobil App has issues
The Mobil app is a little hard to use. The type is large and doesn’t fit on the screen, and it requires moving the app around to find the buttons.
Awful App
It doesn’t remember your phone. The Face ID doesn’t work. You have to sign in every single time! Get with it and actually get someone that knows how to develop apps.
Doesn’t work
I just created a login and it didn’t recognize the verification code. Now, I can’t login at all, it gives an error “Something went wrong. The app is not responding. Try your request again or come back later.” I’ve tried over several hours and have the same issue every time.
