The interest rates
The rates for a paid in advance payee are ridicules. Every week I receive a refinance application from an outside source and the government backed Sallie Mae loan is substantially higher rate.

i always have to update the app , i have changed my password every time i log in to pay, i have missed payments because it doesn’t let me log in , not a good app
