they were one of few options i had for a loan company, i had to drop out of school because i had in school payments at 15% apr, and i now owe close to $1,000 a month

Be wary of taking a student loan with these sharks. They will absolutely bleed you dry. I have a monthly payment of $75 and $65 of it goes toward interest. Sallie Mae are con artists.

Logs me out
Everytime I try to pay a bill, it always has me logged out. I never get any notifications about my loan being due or anything. Please stop
Auto Pay
I have tried several times to setup automatic payments. I have spoken to customer service on three separate occasions, they tell me it’s set up. The very next month, I get a late payment notification and no automatic payment is made.
I hate dealing with Sallie Mae and wish my loans were through a different company.

Their auto debt system was causing us to make double payments on loans. And NEVER made us aware this was happening until we looked into it.

First private loan before college
This company helped me go to college for my first year when I was 18 or 19. I didn’t know much about loans and it’s the only loan I selected on a fixed rate before I had any finance or economics courses. I would recommend this to anyone starting out that needs support. I actually didn’t need to supply a W-2 for this one but after the first year I had to get another lender where I had to work during the duration of my academics. Thank you for all that you do.

No Face ID
I can’t use the Face ID feature with iPhone anymore. I have to use the actual login which takes longer

All they do is take my money at least the app is easy to use
Phone ap sucks
Don’t need more adds just simple pay. They never refinance.
Auto deduction doesn't work
Always have to pay manually because auto deduction gives error when setting up. Only on one loan other one works fine. Can pay through app so giving extra star.
Don’t make my mistakes
Please, never, NEVER TALE THE LOAN. Extremely not friendly and if u have financial problems-they will ripped you apart….
