The Worst Financial App
I’m surprised a bank would release an application so poorly designed.
Still not fixing the critical sign in issue?
It’s been months since the new app version was released and numerous reviews complaining that the sign in experience is broken.
Was this app outsourced and you’re not paying the company for an update? Did y’all cut back and let the team go that built it in the first place? Seems like people are just reviewing into the void here with no response for fixing a critical bug. If you can’t sign in then the app is useless.
Please fix it. You’re using web view within the native app for sign in that is botching the passkey process. This is a fixable problem.
At this point, the Sallie Mae brand is taking a hit on this one. It’s just embarrassing.

Username and pass do not autofill from iOS password feature. App is unusable
Username and pass do not autofill from iOS password feature. You have to manually open the passwords app, then copy and paste the password into Sallie Mae. Crazy that this was not fixed during testing phase.
Worst Banking App or website ever!
By far worst app and website I’ve ever used. But on the bright side there 5 year cd rates are some of the best around.
Broken App
Not sure what they did to this app, but it’s broken. Can’t login with it anymore. It keeps getting stuck at some FIDO Authentication. I can only login from a web browser.
