Awful App
It doesn’t remember your phone. The Face ID doesn’t work. You have to sign in every single time! Get with it and actually get someone that knows how to develop apps.
Doesn’t work
I just created a login and it didn’t recognize the verification code. Now, I can’t login at all, it gives an error “Something went wrong. The app is not responding. Try your request again or come back later.” I’ve tried over several hours and have the same issue every time.
Log in
I am not a fan of the new log in page. The old way saved my user name and all I needed was my password. It was so much more convenient to use.
Bug in account creation
I was going through the process of creating an account for myself. I arrived at the step where I put in the verification code and it did not work. It responded in an error when the code was correct. I proceeded to send another code which resulted in an ongoing buffering page. This review is not meant to put the app down but provide a fix if not seen.

Setting the dollar amt is difficult to change.
Bad
I tried to make an account which allow me to make an account, but when it was time to sign in, it did not allow me to sign in at all. Is there something went wrong with the app but it wanted to ask me what my Social Security number was again. I do not trust this app.

Won’t load. Font way too big
I can’t get in to my account at all now!
This upgrade is completely ineffective. I’ve tried multiple times and never get an email code or a text code. I’m completely frustrated.
Terrible UI/UX
I am fully convinced there is ZERO testing done on this app. When I first downloaded it, I couldn’t even fully type in fields. There is no return button on the keyboard and the keyboard covers what you are typing. Just recently updated the app and for whatever reason my credentials weren’t automatically filled in and couldn’t use Face ID. Awesome! Then when trying to login, I am told my credentials are wrong and that I need to update my account. Went to go type in all my account info to change my password, I hit next, a loading icon appears for one second and nothing happens. No text box, no indication, no page change, nothing. This app is so unbelievably bad that it makes me want to refinance my loans through someone else.

Worst App ever?!
You try to login…enter your password, then it asks for the last for of your ss#, last name & DOB. Literally 9 out of 10 times it comes back with the message “this information does not match our records.” WTF!? It has been this way for years. If you go to the website & enter the same info, it works just fine. It has been this way so long, that it really seems intentional. How do you not fix this over a period or years?????

Buggy
Facial recognition to unlock never works. For awhile it kept deleting my accounting when I would go to pay and wouldn’t let me add it back. So I had to pay online. And now it keeps making me check my email for a code despite making my phone a trusted device about 10 times now. My theory, I’m paying to much and they’re losing interest money so they have to make it as inconvenient as possible to login 😂 but foreal app is not great at all. Can’t wait to be done with it. Hopefully January.

Some screens are not scrollable so the button is hidden
When I open the keyboard the ability to click on the button is completely impossible.

It should be illegal for how unusable this app is. I can’t even use the bank I know I have linked to pay off loans. I also can’t even read add my bank. It’s ridiculous!

System went down for days when pymt was due
It was very poor timing to close for maintenance when payments are scheduled on the 15th. We usually keep the account paid ahead and we’re shocked that this made a late notice. It should not go against us when it was not our fault when we unexpectedly couldn’t log in to pay on time.
Glitch
There’s a glitch in the phone app that won’t allow me to type the “set any amount” option. The key board gets in the day and I can’t click set. Very annoying and impossible to use this way.
Logging out problems
The app is pretty easy. My only issues is when I save password and Face ID it tells me every month the information is not right. So every month I have to change the password quit frustrating.

I can make payments on my student loan at my fingertips using the app.

Payment
If you are trying to make a payment for anything other than the amount due the app is not convenient. Once you have completed entering the amount you cannot get rid of the keypad to get to the Set button. Even if you drag up to reset the screen and it goes away, as soon as you release the swipe to make it go away the keypad is back covering the set button. If you have an app you should test all parts and it should work without having to jump through hoops.
