Remote that can do almost anything

Tremendous power and flexibility in an easy-to-use app. Support for infinite number of devices. Powerful macro capabilities. Support for IR, serial and IP. Ability to learn and add unsupported devices. Important: like every iOS app, additional hardware needed for IR (older) devices.

Super happy with this app!

Got everything working in about 2 hours: Hue, KNX ( baos), Yamaha MusicCast (4 zones), and direct control of my LG oled and Samsung smartview tvs. The “Watch TV” macro button is super handy. Great app! Still exploring to automate even more. Small note: during device discovery, the app suggested multiple Yamaha profiles and I picked the wrong one. Recent Yamaha devices use YNCA, but I selected YNC2 and lost some time troubleshooting. Clearer guidance/labels there would make setup even smoother

Great app!

This is a great app. I love it! Got rid of all my remotes. Even better than the app is the customer support. Support was excellent, They responded quickly to any questions and was very patient and persistent in making sure everything was working correctly. It is nice to buy something that you actually get good customer support with

Fantastic remote control for home theater and multiroom!

As a multiroom/home theater integrator I recommend this app highly! One user-friendly GUI, one app, one remote! With a minimum of configuration you will have an amazing remote control for your iPad and iPhone. Highly recommended!

Terrible App do not buy

Just bought this app to access my various audio and video devices. It does not work at all. It failed discovering devices on my network. I added using IP. Did not do anything. Terrible interface. Probably the worst app I have ever seen. Does not even control a generic TV. Avoid.

Great

Wanted to ditch Roomie because I was sick of the subscription fee, so I gave MyURemote a shot. There was a bit of a learning curve for my home theater, but the tech support was amazing, and now I can control everything without the subscription fee! Recommended!

From frustration to 5 stars, my Bose shines again

I was close to selling my Bose lifestyle system until I found MyURemote. Once I dialed in the first tab, everything else clicked into place. I’m using the WF2SL adaptor as the interface, and now it works flawlessly, if I did it again, I’d pick the IP2SL for an even cleaner experience. The best part? I can now control both my satellite and internet radio independently with their own I-remotes, all seamlessly integrated into the Bose system. Smooth, responsive, and rock-solid. Couldn’t be happier.

Easy to use versatile app

Great app that revived my 12-year-old Pioneer receiver after the IR controller and receiver failed. Thanks to Danny for the quick response and faster than I ever imagined implementing mods that unlocked OSD control and other parameters - once we tracked down IP control codes. Brilliant app and work all around!

Finally, a remote I won’t lose in the couch!

MyURemote is everything I didn’t know I needed. It controls my home cinema system like a charm, no juggling five remotes or guessing which button does what.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel like the boss of their living room!

Amazing support and brilliant app!

I had a question about using my Samsung TV as the main amplifier instead of my Yamaha, and I received a clear and friendly explanation right away. The developer assisted and confirmed that this setup works perfectly and even provided helpful tips on how to configure the Yamaha as a second zone .

Never could make it work

I bought this to replace my Blumoo app which was no longer supported. Relatively simple configuration but could never get it to work. The developer tried a few things but no go. Most setups were via IP which all equipment supported but totally failed. Don’t not recommend at all.
