Don’t waste your time
After spending some time, logging all my vaccines and the dates… I have only been able to check them once… The server seems to be down continuously… Every time I check, I either cannot connect or I get a message that the server is down…
A Little Sad
There are just no good apps out there that track immunization records well. For a while I really liked this app but now it has consistent bugs where you simply can’t add vaccines at all. Recently tried add a simple flu shot and the my last Covid booster but it won’t take it and sometimes gives you error messages that basically says “name already used.” I wrote Support a couple of times but alas, no response and no fix. The sad part is I have immunization records going many years that I need to walk away from and this app really worked well.

Too buggy and throwing errors
I tried entering my Covid vaccinations, but it kept throwing an error because it didn’t like my lot number. After a few tries I removed the app. Also tried to edit other vaccines I entered, but kept getting booted out.
Can't sign up, trash app
Literally can't enter my birthdate because it goes to a white screen. Horribly made app, Zero Stars.
Repeated Error
I keep trying to put in my second dose of Covid vaccination and constantly received an error stating that the Manufacturer doesn’t match. It does match and no matter how many times I tried to enter it it won’t save the second dosage. It just keeps saying error manufacture does not match so it looks like I’ve only had one dosage of Covid vaccine. Useless app

Way to difficult
Wanted to simply put in my COVID shots … app asked for lot numbers and whole mess of stuff no way I’d know. Deleted app.
Good idea, bad execution
This app could be much better if a few things are fixed. 1 - I am only able to input four vaccination records. This alone makes the app useless. 2 - When selecting a provider for the vaccine, you are only allowed to choose from your physician list, not from the pharmacy list. You need to be able to select from the pharmacy list as well. 3 - When adding a physician, you can only choose from a prepopulated list. My physician’s address is wrong and there is no way to edit any of the information. It would be great if you fixed these issues, but another user, who was having similar problems, never received a response from customer service, so I won’t hold my breath. I’ll just use another app.

Nice app but can’t add all my vax
I have my entire vax history. I put in everything up until my Covid. Went to add my flu and it won’t take it. Tried my shingles, nope. Seems like there’s a limit? I contacted support and never heard back. I also tried the web app with no luck either. No errors, just can’t add any more.

Love this new app for logging my immunizations and with built in reminders for when I’m due. Very helpful and useful!
Doctor/Pharmacy Phone Numbers
The MyVax Ap is very useful and for the most part is very good at storing a wide variety of important information. However under Providers the doctors and pharmacies are automatically populated. That is great but it doesn’t have phone numbers. Even if this can’t be pre-populated, a line where manual input is allowed would be extremely helpful. Please consider this during an update. There are other spots where manual input might also be helpful.

Issues preventing use
First,most important issue under pharmacies, State of Florida not listed. This prevents any use of this portion of the app. (Which for me includes my vaccinations!)
Second, the date portion of the app is counter-intuitive. If I have to put the year and month in first, then I should be able to access the day before saving instead of having to go back in and change it once again.
There may be more but this just from the first ten minutes of trying to set the program up.

Privacy?
After reading the privacy statement, I wonder why they don’t offer a short, clear and concise brief statement about protecting my data? What happens if an insurance company or other bad actor acquires this company? Or if they are hacked despite their claim to use “state of the art technology”? Will they tell us if that happened? I’ll use this program to record my vaccines but that’s it until they can offer more control of my data to me.
