This app, like most every other VA program or 3rd party app or system, creates a class system of US Veterans. Those who are allowed to access the federal VA benefits they are entitled to, & those who are not- based on geographical location.
For this app, information is only provided if you live in a U.S. state or territory. U.S. military Veterans who still serve as civilian employees for the U.S. government or Veterans who have made a new home overseas are ignored or regarded as an afterthought.

App works with a profile that shows you what you’re eligible for, except you can’t actually edit the profile with your information so it’s just a blank app.

Finally. One place to take action on all our benefits.
This is a phenomenal tool to help veterans understand their benefits and take action quickly. I only wish I had access to this app back in ‘15 when I separated. I’m already leveraging the app for my business and my kids education to take advantage of the benefits offered for disabled vets.
