it was terrible! in "Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang, Affiliated by Meliá"
2 FYI, I stayed on 7th Aug,2026~10th Aug,2026. with my parents and husband. and I booked for 2 rooms. There were many kinds of uncomfortable situation was happen. but among of them i'm gonna tell the worst happening thing to write here. I find some dirt on the bed. and tell to the front desk(when i'm on the way the outside)about the dirt of the bed what i saw . and also I took a picture of the evidences of what I seen. I told to the front like this as below, i want to complain about housekeeping. first of all, I stay here 3nights. and the first night I was so tired to look around the room detailed one by one. and the second day, when went-outside and back to the room. I found some dirt on the bed. I gonna show you the picture for evidence.(in here, I couldn't find where do I have to attach the pictures.) The picture look like a blood. but I'm not in period this moment. so I think that the housekeeping didn't change the bed sheet. and if you look in close, it's more dirtier than the photo. and one more thing that do I need to clean the cups by myself? housekeeping didn't clean up the cup neither. anyway, everything it looks like, they didn't do their best. well, actually this time is the seventh time(and seven cities) I been to Vietnam and almost stay in vinpearl. people expect the name of the Vinperl in Vietnam. It's kind of brand value in among of the Vietnam hotels. but here I feel, this empire hotel is the worst. finally they didn't change the bed sheet till when i'm checking out. they didn't listening and checking my request. I'll never ever will stay Vinpearl anymore in anywhere.

비회원이 더 쌈 로그인했을때 더비쌈. 맨날 프로모션 남발하는 푸시만 엄청 오지만 정작 가격혜택은 없음. 최소 PC로 예약했으면 같은 회원이면 모바일 연동이 돼야할거 같은데 안됨 ㅎㅎ
