Buggy App and Website
I’ve tried both the app and website and both don’t allow me to select any type of service.
App not working.
Cannot open the app. Says a picture will appear after entering phone number. Nothing.

The application is buggy
It will crash and the session disappears and then you argue with people in line that you were actually there

Denied access — on multiple iPhones
At first I could get in, then suddenly it denied me access. I have two iPhones (using my Wifi or outdoors with data), and I also tried on several iPhones in the Apple store (using their Wifi), plus computers (theirs and mine), an iPad, and also at an ATT store (their phones and mine, using their Wifi). I’m on for a short time AT BEST, then denied access (or the screen greys), whether I entered further into the site or app or not.
