Buggy App and Website
I’ve tried both the app and website and both don’t allow me to select any type of service.
App not working.
Cannot open the app. Says a picture will appear after entering phone number. Nothing.

Denied access — on multiple iPhones
At first I could get in, then suddenly it denied me access. I have two iPhones (using my Wifi or outdoors with data), and I also tried on several iPhones in the Apple store (using their Wifi), plus computers (theirs and mine), an iPad, and also at an ATT store (their phones and mine, using their Wifi). I’m on for a short time AT BEST, then denied access (or the screen greys), whether I entered further into the site or app or not.

You broke the program. It is not possible to log into your account, after entering the captcha button is gray and can not click. Thank you, and now I have no access to my queues!!!! 🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
It doesn't work on iphone.
"Unable to connect with the server". It is the message I get on my iphone when I launch the app. The android version is still ok. Please fix it ASAP.
אפלקציה כושלת
אני שם בצד את זה שהאפליקציה לא עובדת וכותבת שאין יכולת לבצע פעולות באותו רגע. אין תורים כמעט באף לשכה שסימתי לתאם פגישה לטובת חידוש דרכון. באתר רשום שהיכולת שלי להיכנס לרשימת ההמתנה היא רק באפליקציה, והאפליקציה לא עובדת!
העצה שלי - לסנן אופציה לפעולה שאני רוצה לבצע לפני שאני בוחר את המשרד בוא ארצה להגיע. שהאתר/אפליקציה תראה לי איפה פנוי ואני כבר אבחר לפי מה שנוח לי.

יש לי הפניה למעבדה במכבי ללקיחת דם.
באפליקציית מכבי הפנו לMyVisit לשריון תור, על פניו רעיון מבריק. בפועל כישלון.
עשיתי את כל flow ההרשמה כנדרש, הגעתי למעבדה ללקיחת דם וגיליתי שאין לי בכלל תור רשום (למרות שבMyVisit קיבלתי מספר בתור לכאורה) ועכשיו עליי להמתין לפחות שעה אם לא יותר כדי להיבדק.
מערכת כושלת.

אולי אפליקציה מצוינת Possibly a great app
מצד אחד, זה היה מועיל להפליא לגשת לכל כך הרבה סוכנויות חיוניות באפליקציה אחת, עם דרך ישירה ברורה לארגן פגישות. הבעיה היא שזה כל הזמן לא עובד. אני רוצה לתת לאפליקציה הזו 5 כוכבים, ואני בשמחה אעשה זאת ברגע שהבעיות יתוקנו.
On one hand, it’s been incredibly helpful having accessing so many essential agencies all in one app, with a clear straight way to arrange appointments. The problem is that it constantly isn’t working. I WANT to give this app 5 stars, and I happily will as soon as the issues are fixed.

My visit for Israel
This app is not user friendly. I tried translating Hebrew and it doesn’t help. You cannot make an appointment when you don’t know where or why the appointment is for! Hated it!!!
“Proof of work”
Feels like the government version of bitcoin’s “proof of work”. Finding and scheduling an appointment takes so much work. Because there are no appointments available (not this app fault), you need to search multiple times until you find one. You look at one location, tap back and then need to go again through the long, login process. Sessions are mismanaged in slow, nested webviews with a server that barely works…

It’s just writing to me every time “there are no available appointments for this date” in every date I chose.

Annoying
Need to enter my details every time I search a service.
Too many clicks, can’t schedule a future visit if the service is not open for service
Why do I or you care if the service is now open for scheduling a visit. The laboratory of my medical service provider is now closed so the app doesn’t allow me to schedule a visit. It doesn’t make any sense!
