No login?
You can’t create an account on the app, and it requires an email/pass to login- so basically, you can’t use the app. How have they not fixed this by now? I saw this same review from 3yrs ago, damn

Cannot remember your password or email. Locks you out and all you want to do is check on your class. Worked an hour ago and fails now. Pathetic.
Worst app by the worst company
Do not purchase this! This sales team will outright lie to you and sell you a default product. This is one of the worst products I've ever used. Due to the poor/unethical business practices, I will never purchase anything from Technogym.

The app doesn’t have an option to reset the password. It just locks me out.

Screen mirror on treadmills. No problem. Why do I want to connect my phone and only have my apple playlists.... Spotify but it’s just an extra step which Bluetooth headphones don’t auto connect to.
Even with a US front end developers. Basic software update with screen mirror through Bluetooth would cost 5k tops.

Useless
A useless app for trainers. If you can’t develop and plan workouts for clients it’s absolutely useless. I don’t need an app to show me my calendar. I already have a calendar app. I need an app that allows me to build and add exercises to a clients routine WITHOUT sitting at a desktop.
Login does not ask to create a new account

What’s the point in having the QR code and the app if you cannot login! Login fails every time.
Log-in / Register
When I launch app on iPhone, get a log-in screen with name and password but no opportunity to register... so can not access app. Disappointing.
Tried registering with companion app (Technogym) in the hope that this would work. It doesn’t.

Missing basic features
So many features missing on here compared to every other Pt app out there.
Why can’t we build workouts on this app on our phone? The website is a pain to use.
Other Basic stuff: when we load a clients workout, allow us to log in for them on the gym equipment, not all of mine want to carry their phones etc with them.

Won’t let me log in
I, like most others today, got the email telling me about the app. The App Store entry looks great, but there’s just one flaw... it won’t let me - or any of the 7 trainers who work for me - log in to our accounts. Please fix this ASAP so I can amend my review / score because the kit is great, the main consumer app is great, and this promises to bring the ecosystem together brilliantly.
