So I tried multiple times to download this app delete the app than download the app. This app will download but it will not allow me to create an account. No wonder the star rating. This app shouldn’t even come up to be able to download, they need to just take it off the App Store.

Downloaded the app but a mandatory registration is required. Unfortunately, just like others, no response received. Could not get ever use the app.

Bait and switch. 9.99 stolen and Apple seemingly has done nothing to prevent from happening again. Only good for Malaysian wood and IPhone 6

Doesn’t work
Sounds like a good app but don’t waste your time! You will never get an email to create sign in info. Doesn’t go any further than what u see when browsing for wood apps!
Garbage
This app is pure garbage, as it identifies a piece of wood on an antique dresser as some species from Africa or south east Asia, instead of a North American species. As the best I can tell, the dresser is made from either Oak or Poplar, if not birch. But with this app, it says it is something like African burl wood.

This same complaint has been around since this app was launched on the App Store. Why? Why, oh why, Apple do you have these kinds of junk apps in the store???

Negative Stars
This is obviously a scam to get emails and maybe even passwords. Unfortunately I didn’t look at the reviews before installing because I didn’t realize this scam apps were a thing with the App Store. Idk what the process is yet but I’m definitely reporting this sketchy waste of space.

Yep keep saying add email and password, then says that it will email confirmation. I’ve done this several times and have never received an email from them and I have checked the spam to make sure it’s not there. I also tried using a secondary email address which yielded the same results.

Same as other review. Won’t let me past the log in page, and when you click “create account,” it doesn’t work. It just keeps asking to put email in..
