L’appli est très intuitive. Mais depuis quelques commandes, je remarque de grosses différences de tailles sur les vêtements. J’ai passé une commande de plusieurs articles taille S et j’ai dû en retourner la moitié. Certains étaient beaucoup trop petits et à l’inverse, d’autres beaucoup trop grands. Étant donné que les retours sont payants, je ne trouve pas ça top qu’il y ait de telles différences sur une même taille. Je remarque aussi une baisse de la qualité. Une paire de talons portée une fois, j’ai un embout de talon qui est déjà en train de partir. La paire étant de base à 99€, je trouve cela limite.

Artikel öffnen sich zu langsam… Und die Werbung auf Instagram ist in der App nicht sichtbar!!
Mir gefiel die Website vor ein paar Jahren besser, da konnte man die Artikel super einfach durchstöbern.
Jetzt dauert es ewig, bis man jeden einzelnen Artikel öffnen kann!! Die Kleidung ist immer noch süß, aber die Website ist eine Katastrophe.

Ich hab die Hüftjeans von Na-kd in mittlerweile 4 verschiedenen Farben und selbst wenn nicht alle 1 zu 1 gleich sitzen (manche enger/weiter oder kürzer/länger), sieht trotzdem jede super aus. Die Qualität ist mega und der Schnitt perfekt für Mädchen/Frauen, die bisschen breitere Hüften haben. Ich werd sie mir sicher noch in den anderen Farben holen. :)

Ich finde es nicht in Ordnung. Vor allem wenn es zuvor kostenlos war, dass Retouregebühren eingeführt wurden. Ich hätte hier nicht bestellt. Auf jeden Fall nie wieder. :)
PS: Ich warte mehr wie 2 Wochen auf mein Geld…

Precios altos y devoluciones problemáticas

La ropa es bonita, pero la relación calidad-precio no compensa: para lo que ofrecen, los precios son demasiado altos. Además, la gestión de la web y la app es muy deficiente. No hay una opción sencilla para acceder a mis pedidos ni hacer seguimiento de ellos. He hecho dos devoluciones y nunca llegaron correctamente, todo el proceso fue muy lento y confuso. Es una pena que la aplicación y la gestión funcionen tan mal, porque arruina por completo la experiencia de compra. No recomiendo comprar aquí: la ropa puede gustar, pero la falta de transparencia y fiabilidad con las devoluciones es muy decepcionante.

J’ai jamais vu ça, la seule façon de rendre les vêtements qui ne nous vont pas (ce qui arrive forcément quand on fait des achats en ligne), c’est de payer 4€ + 1€ par habit quand on en rend plus de 4.
Pas mentionné au moment de l’achat, je ne referais plus aucune commande.

Order Purchase

I’ve been trying to order this dress for the past 5 days! Kept getting an error message, cleared cookies , changed browsers finally got the app and used a different payment method which is really inconvenient.

Misleading “free shipping”

I spend the amount to get free shipping only to find out it’s not free shipping to my house, but to a local post office. This seems very misleading and honestly very disappointing. I’m less inclined to shop here since I know I can’t get things delivered to my house without spending more money. Now I have to pick up my package… what’s the point of delivery?
