You can’t access a lot from the app. It’s frustrating. I want to be able to view paychecks and tax documents.

Whenever I want to log in to my timesheets from the app, I have to sign in every single time. Regardless of telling it to remember my device…

Clocking in and out
On the app you have to login in every time you open the timesheets. This needs to be changed to face recognition or something a little easier to login with.
Really disappointing
Not only is this Namely system overly complicated in general, but the app has virtually nothing on it. Not even a time clock. That’s a whole separate app that you have taking up even more space that could have been used elsewhere.

Terrible user interface
Finding anything on here is difficult and unnecessarily laden with steps. In is a minimum six step process just to clock in, and that assumes everything loads the first time (or two).
The synch with okta isnt smooth, and there and links that lead to dead ends.

Great when app opens. Doesn’t open more often than when it will.

Great, but missing MASSIVE functionality
A great summary of some things from the full website, but it’s mind blowing that you can’t manage time-related functions. Clocking in/out, managing timesheet, and requesting time off are easily the most go-to tasks using an HR website for your work day.

App needs more love. Doesn’t work and is bareboned. Useless.
Lacks too many website functions
So little can be done that it’s barely worth having on my ‘phone. And even when I’ve been emailed that I can now sign up for benefits, it says there are NONE AVAILABLE! What a waste…
