I

I can't use it

Good app

Works smoothly

Consistent bug still not fixed

I continually get “there was an error while sending the request. Please try again” if I accept/confirm a push authentication too quickly. The system shouldn’t be slower than a human ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Very inconsistent

Works a good portion of the time, but I’d invariably get a “There was an error while sending the request. Please try again.” When accepting a push request. Previously had Duo and EVERY push request worked with Duo.

The watch pushes are especially bad. Less than 50% chance if I accept a push from my watch that it’d actually work.

Needs works

Approving from notifications is a great step in the right direction as it puts the app on par with competitors. However, still very buggy. The new feature does not work from an Apple Watch.
Additionally, using the notification or not, approving a login often takes multiple tries.
