Unable to register
To complete the registration, I need to click 'Agree,' but I am unable to scroll down to do so. While scrolling works on all other pages, it doesn’t work on the registration page. Despite contacting support, I have not received any updates.
We need this App!!

While open app, getting notification for updates & there will no update available & showing to open the apps it’s continuing indefinitely loop

Can’t scroll on Register tab and the register button is below the bottom taskbar. So can’t register and use the app.
Also can’t use on iPhone 8 models as they don’t support the iOS 17.5 updates

Why it’s showing updates?
NOT ABLE TO PAY BILLS
The App is asking to update to the latest version. However there is no update available…Now I am not able to pay the bills. This is creating lot of inconvenience…the app is supposed to be help the customer and be reliable considering it is an official app… however in this case it is totally unreliable

Can’t make payment as app says there is an updated version of the app. But I can’t find any updates in the app store 🤷♂️
Who is the Scientist/ Mechanic behind this App?
Your job was to create an app which should work properly. But this app behaves strangely. Its asking me to update but there is no update. Its saying no account, when account details are added it says already exists. Only thing i use the app was to register complaint for power cut now thats also i wont be able to do.

Pathetic App
Earlier version was at least usable. With this upgrade, I can’t even get into the app. I don’t see the registrar button at all as the button seems to be out of the visible screen area. There is no scroll to reach it as well. Please spend some to test it throughly

This so called mobile app just doesn’t work. I don’t know what were you people thinking.
Online payment done but not reflected
I did neft to the account, amount got deducted, merchant account transaction successful, received receipt in Nanna Mescom, but not updated in my account.
Went to ask Mescom office to check why it is not showing in my account they replied like always their server is down.
