Update
Worked great until the new iPhone update. Now it crashes everytime I open it.
App problems
Two days ago the app not allowing me to sign in, tried to password reset I didn’t receive the verification code since two days now.
wow
i'm trying to get the verification code it never sends it to me. then i try emailing customer service but they never respond. what a sham. no one cares they just want your money.

Great and easy to use
The Napcat app works well and the usability is very logical. We recommend. The only problem we have is that the day-date cannot be set correctly as auto doesn’t work and there’s no option to set it manually. Hence 4 stars.

The cameras work great and I can see who’s at the door before opening. It also showed us a homeless woman who came & took a soda from my husband’s truck and then sat on our porch to drink it. haha

Good performance
Although the instruction is not clear enough, I got it installed. Overall performance is better than previous Arlo pro 2 I owned. The app is not straight forward but workable.

Have been using now about 4-6 weeks, only to occasionally monitor our cat. But it’s been clear, sounds and view.
