can’t download

the app waist my time to download non stop and never show me direct vew or recorded videos. That happened to often that make inefficiency security camera. I’sure my settings is good and my internet signal is good too. I have other camera with other app and it works perfectly since 10 years. This one is total deception for high price kit I bought

The new updates 1.3.0 ruined multiple camera

Now you only see images for multiple cameras useless for monitoring. You did not improve but just degrade your service

Painfully Slow to load

The app is easy to setup and that’s about it. Devices are constantly difficult to connect to and stay connected to their networks. Very frustrating.

Cameras keep disconnecting from app and the app needs more work this app is terrible it keeps getting disconnected from NVR cameras
