I subscribed to Napster for years And had a substantial amount of playlists and artists that I was listening to.They simply deleted all my Playlists and music that I have been gathering And switch to AI generated music. I immediately canceled my subscription.

Haven’t used this in a while. Apparently, they’ve removed all the music in favor of AI slop. They’ve continued billing me this whole time.
This whole company can burn to the ground.

Worthless for my use

I’ve been a loyal subscriber for years, but with the changes to the AI driven platform, and removing access to playlists that I created over years I can not continue to spend money on something that doesn’t support REAL artists.
I have no desire to listen to fake music produced by software.
Napster did not care what their members wanted- their response to my concern was to tell me to cancel the service, which I did.
