It lags so much and can even let me paste and when u want to track it doesnt let me do anything

The app is bad, you can’t find the shipping info most of the time, it should be like other apps info found there shipping out, shipping in, we are forced to use the company!

I have never written a review ever until this horrible customer service forced me to write this.
Drivers dont contact, they say next day another driver will come and they never call. Theres no way to contact customer support directly. The app glitches doesnt let you talk to a support team either. Unreal how they’re running a business. 0/5 Star if possible

They don’t notify you about your package. They don’t contact you through whatsapp and update you who the delivery driver is. They don’t call your phone number. The contact number they put on their apps and website is inaccurate. DO NOT TRUST NAQEL EXPRESS WITH YOUR DELIVERIES

Extremely disappointing experience Customer support leaves you on hold for ages without providing clear answers or real solutions The delivery driver never answers the phone is uncooperative and despite promising a delivery time never shows up. In the end the package was just sent back and when it’s finally arrived after week the delivery driver came in the middle of the night when he said he would be there in 10 clock and he wouldn’t even bother him self and tell me that he is going to be late

Horrible, crashes and doesn’t align payments with SPL
It doesn’t synchronize payments made with SPL on the same shipments. Naqel asks to pay customs twice, after SPL.
