Miss The Old Version
This app was SO great when I started using it a few years ago. I was really surprised/confused to see the update had changed so much. I really enjoyed the simple layout & graphics. It was extremely easy to use & understand. The update & name change has made it hard to get used to. In my opinion, it’s a lot less visually appealing as well. I wish there was an option to go back to the old version. It’s been difficult trying to use it lately, & I don’t think it should’ve changed this much when people have been using it fine for years & have paid for lifetime subscriptions.

Unneeded Update
I loved the app…until the last major update. Now everything seems clunky and extra unneeded steps. The update really wasn’t needed and it really ruined this app. It also doesn’t save some work sometimes. Really should have kept things simple

Awful update. Should’ve left the app alone it was perfect before.
Just got even worse with update
They never actually used to app they developed, all kinds of bugs. Systems always gonna set date range you want back to default no matter what you do. Absolutely frustrating to use

Thanks for the feedback, Jack. Custom Range was added back in the latest update, so you can now pick any start and end date on the Dashboard. The range does reset to the default when you reopen the screen, which is intentional for now, but we hear you on that. More improvements still coming. Liz Narvata Support
Payed for subscription and nothing happened
I been using this app through the past couple years and I been trying to buy the subscription and I keep getting a error. Then it went through one day took the money out of my account and didn’t give me the subscription.

App crashes on launch after latest update
I’ve been using this app for more than 10 years and rely on it daily to run my business. Unfortunately, after the recent update/name change, the app crashes immediately when I try to open it and will not load at all.
I’ve already tried reinstalling the app multiple times, but the issue continues on both my iPhone and iPad.
Right now the app is completely unusable and all of my business data is stored in it, so this is very concerning. I would really appreciate any guidance or a fix as soon as possible.

App not working anymore
The app’s name change caused issues. I couldn’t add customer names to sales; I could only sell based on products. When I tried to choose a customer, the app crashed. The latest update made the app unusable; it crashes when I try to enter it. I tried contacting support via the website for weeks but received an error message saying, “We’re sorry, there was an error submitting the form. Please try again later.” I’m unhappy and don’t recommend the app.

Doesn’t work
I’ve been using this app for 10+ years and suddenly as the name changed today it literally will not even open . Crashes instantly . Unusable . Developers please help I depend on this to run a business with all my data in it - what happened?
Perfect for small businesses
This is exactly what I needed. Simple, intuitive tracking with a clean interface. Nothing else compares. Every other app is bogged down by unnecessary and cumbersome features, I’ve tried so many. Subscription is 100% worth it.

Really good app crashes are frustrating.
The app has a really good layout and is awesome at laying out and organizing orders. I bought the $30 premium subscription but wasn't able to add customers to orders like it said I would be able to.

When it works
When it works it’s good, I’ve tried to contact them several times about my paid subscription and no one gets back to you and now it says it’s cancelled and no refund.

Can’t renew subscription
I really do like this app, but my subscription expired and there’s no way to renew it. The upgrade button leads me to a blank page. I’ve reached out to their support and heard nothing back. The free version of the app blocks any entries above 5 in the month. I don’t want to find a new app, but I’ll have to if I don’t hear back from them soon.
