Payed for subscription and nothing happened
I been using this app through the past couple years and I been trying to buy the subscription and I keep getting a error. Then it went through one day took the money out of my account and didn’t give me the subscription.

App crashes on launch after latest update
I’ve been using this app for more than 10 years and rely on it daily to run my business. Unfortunately, after the recent update/name change, the app crashes immediately when I try to open it and will not load at all.
I’ve already tried reinstalling the app multiple times, but the issue continues on both my iPhone and iPad.
Right now the app is completely unusable and all of my business data is stored in it, so this is very concerning. I would really appreciate any guidance or a fix as soon as possible.

App not working anymore
The app’s name change caused issues. I couldn’t add customer names to sales; I could only sell based on products. When I tried to choose a customer, the app crashed. The latest update made the app unusable; it crashes when I try to enter it. I tried contacting support via the website for weeks but received an error message saying, “We’re sorry, there was an error submitting the form. Please try again later.” I’m unhappy and don’t recommend the app.

I’ve been using this app for 10+ years and suddenly as the name changed today it literally will not even open . Crashes instantly . Unusable . Developers please help I depend on this to run a business with all my data in it - what happened?
Perfect for small businesses
This is exactly what I needed. Simple, intuitive tracking with a clean interface. Nothing else compares. Every other app is bogged down by unnecessary and cumbersome features, I’ve tried so many. Subscription is 100% worth it.

Really good app crashes are frustrating.
The app has a really good layout and is awesome at laying out and organizing orders. I bought the $30 premium subscription but wasn't able to add customers to orders like it said I would be able to.

When it works
When it works it’s good, I’ve tried to contact them several times about my paid subscription and no one gets back to you and now it says it’s cancelled and no refund.

Can’t renew subscription
I really do like this app, but my subscription expired and there’s no way to renew it. The upgrade button leads me to a blank page. I’ve reached out to their support and heard nothing back. The free version of the app blocks any entries above 5 in the month. I don’t want to find a new app, but I’ll have to if I don’t hear back from them soon.

I have been looking for a sales tracker exactly like this! Especially because it is so detailed with client tracking as well! For months I have been searching and everything I have come across is either bloated with so many unnecessary features and/or ridiculously expensive. It only took me about an hour trying this out to be sold on upgrading to premium for $29/yr which I was happy to do! I appreciate a yearly one time fee versus subscription and it doesn't automatically renew. So you have the choice of renewing on your own. Well worth it and I am so happy! I am a small business owner and this app is simple, yet so detailed. Works on both iPhone and iPad! I have it downloaded on both and it is syncing with no issues. Visually it's very appealing too. I will be spending all of today adding all my sales and client information that I have thus far. Again, I am truly grateful for this app and glad I stumbled across it. Please keep updating for years to come! I will need this app forever!!! LOL!! XOXO

Improvement recommendations
It’s generally a good app but has a potential to be great and simple. The vendor list needs an update, like contact details for venders is not available. The status tag also needs an option to view the status of sales at a glance.
Ok but no customer service
Worked well for a short time. Didn’t need a whole year subscription. Tried to contact customer services. Never got response.
Was exactly what I needed at first….
And then idk what happened, maybe An update? But half of my contacts went wonky…saying Unknown Customer. I went in and corrected them all individually when it happened the first time. The second time, I just quit using it. It was hours to figure out who was who the first time. Of course, NO response from customer service the several times I tried to contact them. I would expect that from a $.99 cent app, but not $29.99.

The app is all I need everything is good however you can only record 5 sales a month which for most people using this app there businesses will probably be larger than 5 sales a month. I spend 30 minutes adding Time date photos all the information needed to track sales just for it to tell me to buy premium to continue

Love it
I am very happy with this app because it helps me organize everything in my small business. I was looking for something like this for a long time. I do wish, however, that it allowed users to upload photos of the products offered and the ones delivered to customers. Please consider adding this feature. Other than that, I love this app!
