Can’t even log in
My Ticketmaster works and I use it regularly but when I long into the Nashville preds app, it just tells me account can’t be found and kicks me out.

How can I view my Smashville Rewards when the app and website state no account found. There is not even a contact us button to try to resolve this issue.
Does it even deserve 1 star?
I cannot even log into the app because it won’t take my Ticketmaster login. Keeps kicking me out saying account not found. I even reset my Ticketmaster password just to be sure and still wouldn’t let me in. So you can’t see anything the app has to offer if you can’t log into your Ticketmaster. Typical Nashville Preds way…sucking on every level.

Developer can’t be reached
I have an account. I log in. Message says “account not found”. I try to reach out to the developer and I’m redirected back to to app. My credentials are correct, the app allows me in but there is nothing there except the account not found message.
