One of America’s greatest zoos
The app, along with the zoo is an experience like no other. The animals, attractions, and virtual additions are incredible.
Not user friendly
Difficult to navigate. Does not save information already entered.(ex. Needing member is to reserve tickets, when you leave ticket page to locate member I’d you have to go through the process all over again.) one would think if you’re a member and log in, the app would recognize and auto input your information. Also that it would have a quicker process of locating your information

Excellent Zoo!
This is one of my favorite zoos anywhere! Well laid out, shady. Animals are always visible. Walking paths are wide enough.

My biggest complaint is you can’t look at the tickets after you order them. Also half the app is sending you to the Nashville zoo web page. I think for the size of the company and what the city has to offer it should be way better.

What a Joy!
The Nashville Zoo is delightful and the app matches the fun experience. The photos are fun to look at, the zoo sounds as you open the app are super, and the sweet spirit of the whole app experience matches the sweet spirit of the zoo. Bravo! My family are thrilled to have this space where our special needs son can explore outside and experience God’s creation.

This Aps functionality is limited- it does not tell you what exhibits are open, no construction updates, no real “zoo” functionality- yes you can order food and shop - all great but it would be nice to know the tiger exhibit is closed or if the zip line is down or if a new exhibit is open.
App is okay
App is okay it should store your purchases and member ship in the app for easy access
Leaves a lot to be desired
The interactive map is nice, but there is no apple wallet support for membership card. “Buy tickets”, “order food” and “shop” all take you to the zoo website instead of allowing purchases directly through the app so what’s the point in having an app at all.

Great app but it needs a section for a digital membership card or, even better, add the digital membership card to apple wallet. I go here so often it would make my experience so much better.

Wow! This app amazed me! It made the whole trip a lot more fun. We always knew where we were and what we wear near. We didnt have ro search for our location. The map found us automatically. Thank you. It was also very well designed!
