I find the app very intuitive and easy to use.

Natera App- Terrible

The website is down for maintenance so I downloaded the app and it won’t let me past the login screen. It doesn’t load or do anything else. Please fix this inconvenience for better quality service for your customers.

Couldn’t even login

The mobile app refused to recognize my valid user/pw and kept sending error messages. So I couldn’t get past login. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. But this makes me wary to only access my portal on my desktop.
