Handy Useful App
I have invested in Behbud Certificates for quite sometime and was unable to use their old App being an iPhone user. This current version of the App is responsive and has the basic functionality. I would recommend that IBFT per transaction limit may please be enhanced to at least Rs. 100,000 as Rs. 25,000 is too low for any meaningful transaction. Thanks.

I had your very old App about 4 or 5 years back. Now I am keeping investments at two branches. Your new App does not accept my old particulars nor the new ones. Your Islamabad phone # remains constantly busy or doesn’t reply.
Broken And Faulty IBFT causing financial loses
The new IBFT feature is not reliable as the amount don't get transferred but still the amount get debited from the account. Then there comes their pathetic email support which dont reply at all to customer query and in-app complaint management system which is broken as well and a helpline call support who dont bother to pick up customer calls causing customers to lose money. Stop robbing people money.

The latest app crash on iPhone 15 pro max... It's keep crashing while open the app... Please fixed the app ASAP
OTP stopped working
I installed the app on another cell phone and now I am not getting OTP anymore, it is not an issue with porting as I used to get OTP earlier. Is there a customer support number I can reach out to get it resolved, I am currently in the US and cannot visit a center in person

3rd grade low quality app look and system. This is under the govt. Shame
