Thanks to Chris and his team for the excellent service. So quick and easy, the app is amazing!

The worst app I've ever used

I believe the expression "dumpster fire" is being generous.

Signing into this app was the most frustrating experience I've had, and the bar is already low.

Switch to my password manager app to create a password? Nope we'll throw you back to start signing in again.

Try signing in with an email? Nope.
Sign in with aus mobile and omit the leading zero as you already provided the +61? Nope.

Did no one seriously test this at all with new users? Obviously not 🙁

Everything works digitally, it’s great. Trolleys on site are perfect, made everything easy.

Smart entry Works great. Downfall is the yellow text very hard to read on this app. Realise it’s part of your logo but it should be black

Lots of technical issues with Harristown so called easy keyless entry

Keyless Entry sounds great in theory Does not work!! 2nd time I been unable to access the unit.

It’s great using the smart entry for the storage there is no extra keys or padlocks it’s all done with phone and a touch

Unreadable text

White text on yellow background is totally unreadable. Why even have important notifications if they can’t be read?

The developer used tiny white text on a light yellow background. It’s impossible to read. In addition I definitely had the key code correct yet it claimed it was incorrect. The signup form appears without any background info on next steps. It simply feels like it’s been done by a tiny IT team or fully outsourced to a company that has not performed quality work before.

That, on top of the local staff not responding to the application; failing to inform other involved people of what was required has made the process of signing up vastly harder than it should be. The app, website and general experience feels amateurish and not of high quality.

History not appearing

Activity history was working until a few weeks ago .. now no status showing for unit , or history of activity.
I have installed the latest update on an iPhone 12 pro
