App review
Would love to use the app and access the coupons I am earning as I shop here a lot and spend a lot of money at natural grocers. However, after repeated attempts over a year, this app just glitches out and will not let me access it. Love the store bummer of an app.

The amount of love I have this store has no bound, but this app is terrible. Please address our concerns by adding search feature for the app. Also, I hate instacart. They are a terrible company with terrible customer service and will refuse to use their services. However, if you link your inventory to your app, I may obliged.

No chemical additives
I love getting my groceries at Natural Grocers as I can trust that I’m not getting food with added chemicals. So l feel that I have less chance of having cancer in my future
Not Very Useful
The only thing about this app that I could possibly consider using (but probably won’t) is to check on promotions. What I expect from a store app that I will actually use (not present here) is the ability to check if something I want is in stock, what aisle it’s in, and the ability to order it.

Useless
I can’t even create an account. It asks to choose a location. I get an error.. Then when I close the error pop-up. I try to put in information of my location and I get nothing. I even tried putting in other locations and still nothing. If you can’t put in your location, it does not allow you to create an account. So sick of this needing an app to do grocery shopping nowadays. Really this store needs to just have normal sales without needing all sorts of jumps in hoops to get through.

Decent but bugged and hoops
Decent app. In store employees make it seem like it’s a must so i did it. Savings are there but to opt of emails it seems to be bugged and they make you fill out a form to not sell your data vs just having an on/off tab. Please fix this guys or it’s not worth the bugs/ privacy invasion.
Useless after ‘update’
The app worked great until this last update. Now it is completely useless. Cannot login at all.

Product finder with prices gets lost
Every time I go to find a product, I can find the product but then when I want to see what the price is, I have to login to my Power account so I log into my Power account and then I can’t figure out how to get back to find the product with the price on it. It’s a vicious circle and you should have a link to find the product in your end Power account but you don’t you can just read about the story of Natural Grocers. Talk about your products, but you can’t find the product with the price and I get tired of it and it makes the app really difficult to use. I hope you guys can get that fixed because it’s very very very very very very frustrating. Thanks. I love your products. Love your stores, but your app needs a little work.

Useless app
This app does absolutely nothing for me! The receipts in app are not specific enough to provide any information. I can look at recipes but I can’t search the products available in store? Literally useless.
Products not listed
It’s nice to check your account for points and coupons, but it would be better if there was a link to check the stores inventory. You have to do it through their website. There’s also info about the ad sales and the products they are highlighting. Again no links to see if it’s at the store and check pricing. Please update this! Thanks.

Can’t product search
Coupons, rewards, & purchases are recorded. Not really into their recipes or stories, I’ll research on my own. Would be 5* if I could use a product finder instead of their awkward website.

What’s the point?
I don’t understand the use of this app. The coupons are impossible to use, if there is ever one that is useful for my pantry. The point/savings system sucks. $2 every 200 pts without the ability to stack them is laughable! It would also be a massive improvement to be able to see store product stock within the app.
I still will choose Natty G’s over any other health food store, but the app is just not it.

Does Not Work
As many other users have mentioned, the app does not allow existing users (and maybe new users?) to open an account. States that your account phone number & email is already in use. No kidding! 🤦♀️ Tried to call customer service multiple times and it automatically goes to voicemail, saying none of their service agents are available. Tried to reach customer service online and they do not respond. Useless app with no support. Not even worth considering. It’s as un-user friendly and clunky as their website.
