Love Nautical Bowls but you gotta get Apple Pay like I couldn’t pay with Apple Pay I had to do my credit card information so they should get Apple Pay

The Minnetonka Nautical Bowls is extremely clean and the workers are professional. Gemma and Ava were in the shop when I came in to pick up an online order, and my bowls were great!

Won’t let me order through app
Can’t see menu on app and if I try to reorder last thing it says menu unavailable. Been doing this for 2 months
My wife is addicted
We recently found Nautical Bowls in Maple Grove, MN. My wife loves the fresh healthy ingredients and has obsessively requested we go to Nautical bowls anytime we have discussed lunch or dinner plans.
Pretty good
Payment processing fails every single first try because the invisible CVV field is not filled in. On second try the CVV field appears and then you can fill it in to successfully submit your order.
New app is horrible
I had rewards in the old app, now i try to log in & wont let me! makes me enter card info just to see my account. so not user friendly and dissatisfied
Love these Bowls
This place has the best açai bowl out of all the places I’ve ever had an açai bowl from. I’m just a little sad that they did away with a lot of the flavors they used to have, which is the only reason why they have four stars. Otherwise there would definitely be five!

Great bowl. Worst app I've used.
I hope this user review is valuable to your app designers. WAY too many clicks to reorder the same thing almost every day.
First, I click on order history from the drop down. Then it shows pending orders, so I click order history. It lists them oldest first, so I scroll all the way down. Right now, there's a defect where it doesn't show up n cart. Even when that works, I click the cart and then go to check out. There is then a defect in the time selection. I choose asap but I get an error message. I choose a new time. Then I go to check out and every time, it gives me an error message for the credit card and asks me to enter the CVV number. I do that and hit check out again.
Again, I write this not to complain but to help.

Love the food, hate the app
First, I am never able to order the season specials thru the app. And just now, it didn’t recognize my sign in information and I had to make a new account…no idea why??? (There went all the rewards I had built up). Hmph!
Everything deleted
Seems there was an app update and all my info was deleted:(
rewards did work
had to re download the app and re enter all of my information. i had 214 points enough for a free bowl and the rewards didn’t work in the app. VERY FRUSTRATING
Not as user friendly
This new version of the app is not as user friendly. It would not give me my reward online for my free bowl. Then I clicked on in person reward and it’s a timed reward. This should not be this way.
