This app is very inaccurate
Not only is the app very inaccurate because it says it goes 16 miles meanwhile from day one the most I was able to get out of it was around 5 miles total. Lately it’s been even worse where it’ll show me to bars and then within a minute, it goes to red as in batteries, basically dying, and I end up stuck in the middle of the ride. Customer Service is useless and extremely rude. So it definitely does not go 16 miles like the app says and the box says, nor does it go even near the speed that it’s supposed to go the fastest I had it going on sport mode of course was around 14 to 15 MPH according to the speedometer, I’m going 18 however I have a GPS app that is accurate and also tells you the speed that you’re going and I rode or ride by the sign that tells you your speed multiple times and it said 14 mph…

Ich habe damals den e Scooter so sehr gewünscht hab es gekauft habe es schon sei 10monate, ich erwarte keine perfekt Leistung aber e Scooter am Anfang hat man sehr Bock drauf bin ich ehrlich hat richtig Power Reichweite usw. Richtig gut aber alles was außen von e Scooter ist ist sehr schlecht Bremsen funktionieren sehr schlecht kundensupport interessiert sich über die Probleme nicht ich wollte Hilfe weil ich ein Problem hatte bei einer defekt die meinten das das normal sei obwohl ich es unbedingt wollte das die das selber überprüfen aber keinen hat’s interessiert.

App funktioniert reibungslos
Normalerweise schreibe ich nie Rezensionen aber da die App so eine schlechte Bewertung hat, habe ich mich zu einer Rezension entschieden. Mein Scooter hat sich ohne Probleme beim ersten Mal mit der App gekoppelt. Die Aktivierung in der Wo_ist?-App funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Design der ist sehr ansprechend und frisch. Alles in allem konnte ich alle Einstellungen und Funktionen direkt durchführen bzw. ausprobieren.
