screen rotation?
Why would you develop an app for an iPad and force it to portrait mode, when iPads are routinely used with keyboards and used in landscape orientation? This is maddening and completely unacceptable.
Good idea. Bad everything else
I was given the a app in order to help monitor testing for my staff and residents in a assisted living facility. The theory is great. The platform is a bit clunky but manageable. The problem is that I can’t get the app to work. I called tech support. Told they can’t do anything other then basically take a message. Someone will get back to me.
In addition limiting the use of the app to iPad only is rather annoying. Why not use phones too. Not everyone has an iPad and with the extra costs facilities are already expected to shoulder by regulations per state, this is an additional expense. Some thing needs to be done.

Unable to get set up
I downloaded this app on Thursday as we prepared to test approximately 1000 students using Abbott Binax NOW on Sunday. I called support 5 times to arrange administrator access. Each time I was told that Navica would contact me. They never did. I am told they don’t work on the weekend. The app is now useless to me.
