Recent upgrade is not good, can no longer see my clients favorites and the search function does not work well

I hate the fact that I’m paying mls dues that fund this horrible app. The map feature is completely useless and nothing works like it’s supposed to.
Quite a few glitches
Glitches pop up often, causing a need to delete and redownload the app. There are often windows of time where the app is down and unable to be used. Searching for properties can be difficult at times if one is looking for a property in a street hut without the number.
Accurate Info
This app does not have accurate and up to date info. Sold and new listings take days - if not more - to up date and populate. Horrible mobile app
Saved Search errors
App glitches out regularly when modifying saved searches and trying to update saved search. It shows “Error #1027 Invalid format for variables “location”: “Invalid location”. I’ve called multiple times about this problem over the last several months and still no solution… every time I must recreate a new saved search for each client. I fail to understand why this can’t be fixed or explained.
