Horrible

I hate the fact that I’m paying mls dues that fund this horrible app. The map feature is completely useless and nothing works like it’s supposed to.

Quite a few glitches

Glitches pop up often, causing a need to delete and redownload the app. There are often windows of time where the app is down and unable to be used. Searching for properties can be difficult at times if one is looking for a property in a street hut without the number.

Accurate Info

This app does not have accurate and up to date info. Sold and new listings take days - if not more - to up date and populate. Horrible mobile app

Saved Search errors

App glitches out regularly when modifying saved searches and trying to update saved search. It shows “Error #1027 Invalid format for variables “location”: “Invalid location”. I’ve called multiple times about this problem over the last several months and still no solution… every time I must recreate a new saved search for each client. I fail to understand why this can’t be fixed or explained.

CRASHING

I’m on an iPhone 15 running vs 17.1.1 and i cannot do more than 2 clicks without the app crashing. PLEASE FIX ‼️‼️‼️

Good App that almost replaces desktop

Adding alerts to saved searches would be a game changer.

Suddenly buggy!

Traditionally this app works great if you want quick access to listings. However, lately the app either loads endlessly or says I don’t have signal when I have full bars on cellular and wifi.

Does show square foot range, nor is there a tab for your scheduled showings

Soo close to being awesome

I love how listings look in the app and the ability to communicate with clients is cool. This app would be so much better if it could send out listing notifications to prospects.

Editing a nightmare

The edits made In the web Navica do not push to the Android or IPad apps. Very frustrating when you picture is turned sideways and you can’t get it corrected.

Won’t publish to Facebook.

This app used to publish to Facebook. It won’t do it now. Customer service can’t fix it and they don’t understand what’s wrong.

Hi, the issue with Facebook was fixed on the 25th of October 2019, could try again with the latest version of the app, please!!

Can never find anything, have to go to the navica website to find who to call for showings!
