Always crashes or says unavailable at this time
Runs very slow if it runs at all
I’m not sure what happened but a month ago the app was working fine now it just buffers repeatedly and that’s if it loads at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that didn’t work either.

This is a difficult website to log in id you have a business and a personal account. The change is was not for the better.

Not sure why your trying to charge me a monthly maintenance fee of 13 dollars when I was told it is 10 dollars with direct deposit which I do get. Not liking this bank already and thinking about switching

Very easy to navigate, I use it more than going to the bank. I love it.
Only choice for banking
My husband and I have been Bank of America customers and citizens customers, and we would never choose anything but Navigant credit union from the app to the branches to the people that work there we’ve never had any issues and we’re treated so well.
Poor performance
Unfortunately this app seems to be poorly maintained. It is often slow, not opening, crashing, and this has been going on for years. Layout is mostly good when it’s actually working. Could use more care.

Wont let me log in half the time keeps giving an “error”
Online banking terrible since they changed layout
Ever since they changed everything on this app I have been having no thing but issues. Take me almost 8 tries just to log in. Once on doesn’t let me get into the account I need to or won’t let me pay bills and even transfer money to other accounts with out issues.why change something that wasn’t broken.

Slowest App I’ve Ever Used
No version for older phones
Unwilling to part w my iPhone 7+ which does put me at a disadvantage running some apps as they require a newer iOS. However NCUs app is the first I’ve encountered that doesn’t run at all on this model. I’ll eventually upgrade but I can’t be your only customer complaining about this.
Notification of a star
I see a star on my app stating I have some type of message. But yet I can’t find what the hell the stars for.

Why fix something that’s not broken you fixed your mobile website to wear now it is awful. It’s hard to navigate and so be the name of the company navigate but you can’t find anything on it. Without a struggle. The format is absolutely awful. I hate the format and the outlook of it.
