Scanning issues
Reliability of this app is basically non existent. Wastes a lot of time trying to get through access gates and this times effects KPIs when you are a shift worker.
Horrible after the recent update
This must be one of the biggest productivity drains in the bank at the moment. So many people waste 5-10 mins every single work day trying to get in and out of the office
Inconsistent
Always a lottery if this gonna work at the gate or not. This morning failed again

Watch was promised for Apple wallet and no option exists
