App is Awful

It takes over two minutes to load and tell you it crashed. The app isn't even usable!

Class schedule

I don’t see my school on there.

Won’t work

It started off working great now the day of my classes it decides to stop. Keeps crashing and making me redo authentication just to crash again or freeze. Please learn how to make an app

National Louis university not found

Was told to download for school. School not listed

Pathetic

It’s like a toddler built this app. It’s nearly impossible to make an appointment with a teacher on the phone because of how glitchy and confusing the app is. I’ve never written a review in my life but this app deserves the first.

Impossible to work with

As usual - contact your school to resolve issues. Really? Did the school write this app?

New User login Survey problem

The app does not display any survey questions but it still demand I participate in a 5 survey before I can use the app.

Helpful, but why can’t it store password info??

The desktop version of myACC does store passwords, but the app doesn’t, and it won’t use facial recognition, a 4 digit pin, or the “passport” feature either, so you have to manually enter your whole student number and your whole password every time you open the app or go back to the app. With such long student number and long password requirement, it can be a nightmare to enter it every time, especially when I’m just trying to see an assignment really quickly. The scheduling portion of the app makes you redo the search for classes every time you back out to look for a different section, and the D2L is similarly quick to boot you out and make you reenter your info. Just adding a quick login option would make this app infinitely better. If my bank can do it securely, any other app should.

This should be zero stars

It’s like pulling teeth trying to schedule an appointment. I’ve been trying to select the correct department for my advisor for the past thirty minutes but because it’s so sensitive it just keeps registering things I don’t mean to click. I can’t even scroll to the bottom, that’s how bad it is. If you’re lucky, your University won’t use this.

Ridiculous

Impossible to use. Trying to make an appointment, the app is the only way. Constant glitches, won’t let me select what I need. Unbelievable.

Truly Despicable

The app is more of a testament of human endurance in the face of blatant, concentrated evil when vanquished than it is a tool for one’s education. I spent a good hour trying to make an appointment because the app kept resetting everything I typed in or just assumed the first micrometer of contact with the screen was what I wanted to select. In another universe, the people who made this app work for the likes of Lex Luthor or perhaps someone more comically evil like Dr. Doofenschmirtz. I am not kidding when I tell you that this is the only time I have felt the need to write a review because this app is what Catholics believe hell is like and somehow this ends up being more punishing and evil. Hellspawn. Satan-sent. You people disgust me, put more effort into your app if you want to exploit my education.

Horrible Load Times

This app takes seconds to load a single drop down menu only to tell you there is no available appointments available that day. Why is it even organized that way? Why don't you just list the next available appointment slot?

Screens teleport away

U can’t tap anything after 0.3 seconds because the screen disappears so you have to preaim the button

Horrible

Always glitches, doesn’t let me choose from the drop down menu, stupid app I hate it

Terrible

Barely functional, buggy and hard to use, very very annoying.

2/5 - Adds Frustration to Your Hectic Day

The Navigate App is not very user-friendly on mobile. Navigation is frustrating—there’s no easy way to go back to a previous page, so you often have to restart the entire process. Many buttons are also glitchy or unresponsive, which makes the app feel unreliable.

Another major issue is scheduling. There’s no option to reschedule counseling appointments—you have to cancel and go through the whole process again to book a new one. Overall, the app needs better navigation, more reliable functionality, and basic features like rescheduling to improve the user experience.
