this is the app for the L4 cycling computer. so far i have no complaints. felt like the app needed some more recent reviews.
No M4
I bought an Giyo M4, download the app via the meilanccycling website as instructed in the manual only to find it doesn’t connect to the M4.
Rubbish app
Purchased a Meilan c3 for my bike on a roller. Simple enough to assemble however can’t log in or register to open up the app. Get a message saying no internet. I tried connecting with Facebook get continue using fbook but app doesn’t open. Useless. Unsure if it can be used with any other app. Tried paring with my Garmin still nothing. Plus there’s no support after clicking on support for the app safari couldn’t open.

Good with the computer
App on its own, not much. It will pull all the information off the computer and lay it out in a graph. Computer stores multiple rides so no need to worry about constantly syncing it. Have not found any locked features which is great. Only problem is that if you record on the computer and use the phone to record your path, it makes 2 separate ride instances. It would be nice if merged the two rides because they are started and stopped at the same time. Overall, does exactly what it should with no hidden fees. Got one as a gift, and returned the favour to another.

Worked for 1 month
Speed and Cadence worked for one month and then stopped working. buy any other SC monitor !
Not Good
App is quite basic which is ok but the fact that the calendar is wrong (Jan 1st 2021 was a Friday not a Thursday) and the ability to transfer data from the computer is at best shaky make me wonder if I should have gone elsewhere. Some days the data will not transfer at all and when I have done multiple sessions in a day, I only get the data from the last one. Updated version has been made even worse! I am now riding in the year 2106 with no way to change it! (From .fit files that upload perfectly to Strava)

The Positives - Connection to Strava and Komoot worked. App is useable, but some bugs need to be fixed and new features added.
Bike computer work seamlessly with my Garmin heart rate chest strap and XOSS Speed/Cadence sensor.
Latest version has fixed some bugs like Exercise mode no longer crash on iPhone
XCADEY dual power meter, cadence is now reported correctly!

M1 Device Is Great- APP Is NOT Ready to Use
Don’t spin your wheels on the App yet if you’re in the USA. It is not translated into useable English yet, it won’t even connect to the M1 device, and I still can’t even determine exactly what value it will have. NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME!!!
