Buses not arriving
If your bus isn’t going to come, then quit wasting my time. I can walk to nrg myself instead of waiting for your express. 7:22. Your drivers love not showing up later in the day.
Totally Unhelpful
Actively unhelpful. Lists shuttle times that are inaccurate and pickup locations that don’t exist. Why bother writing a schedule if it is meaningless. Plus drivers randomly decide they are breaking and will skip stops. Terrible service with a terrible app.

you can’t really search for your destination, most often have to find the spot on the map yourself. half the time the suggested route isn’t even the fastest. needs major updates
Don’t trust the schedule
A group of us were waiting in the cold for over an hour for a bus to come. Two busses were scheduled to come during that time. Please incorporate live tracking so people aren’t waiting in freezing temps!

Why are some buses not showing up?
The buses are getting lazy! Even if you think no one will be at a stop you should still show up! It’s always someone waiting for the bus even if it is 1 person. Its the winter time, not cool that you guys dont even show up at certain times especially the 3 buses that come before the last one of the day.

Where is the GD bus?
Update: January 2025- Still the same level of service. No 7:40 bus. Not late. Just didn’t come.

Really confusing
This app is incredibly difficult to navigate in figuring out when the shuttle picks up. Really difficult.
Unreliable
This app is complete garbage, real time is non-existent. Not only the app, but the shuttles don't always show up on time. I'm talking about the very first shuttle in the afternoon.
Navy Yard Transit is consistently late
App is inaccurate and the navy transit is unreliable. Always late or early, never on time. Over crowed , aggressive drivers who often put the safety of the passengers at risk.
Not at all dependable
This app DOES NOT inform of delays or give any warning of missed routes. I am so tired of waiting for shuttles that never show up! I have missed countless trains due to NY transit. It’s awful.
City center shuttle.
Bus cam early. She Saw us running up Kitty Hawk. Did not wait. So now I will have to wait over 20 mins & miss my connection home. Shame on her. 4.25pm
Waste of phone memory
It could say the bus is arriving in 2 minutes and then, when it doesn’t, you go back in the app and it says 15. And even that is not accurate because once you start walking over (who’s is faster!!) you see it coming down the road 10 minutes later.
When it is close in time (when the number turns green), it STILL doesn’t arrive on time. Part of this app’s issue is their actual drivers and the navy yard itself. Their drivers are ridiculously slow because some are busy texting and then the navy yard entrance has been under construction for 2 years so they have to around the entire place to get to you. The app hasn’t accommodated for that. In addition they only have ONE BUS going around and around instead of several to be able to pick up everyone.
They should consider putting GPS on their buses and connecting it to the app so you can get more accuracy. Or save yourself trouble and don’t ever accept a job in the navy yard in Filthadelphia.

Not a legitimate transit option
Real time tracker has only ever worked once in 1.5 years. Drivers arrive and depart whenever they want. If they know how long it takes to run a route, why not make the bus on a legit schedule so people can actually plan when to be at the station to get picked up instead of “approx. every 15 minutes.” You know how long the route is just make the schedule set times. Also, since the buses arrivals/departures aren’t reliable, good luck planning your SEPTA trip to the bus stop. The shuttle doesn’t not take into consideration SEPTA’s bus and train arrivals so a lot of busses and trains get there a minute or two after the bus leaves, especially the early bird shuttle then you’re left waiting 25 minutes. The only thing I can thing of other than poor management by Kraff is that they are short on drivers which is why they won’t make a set schedule but for anyone considering a job in the Navy Yard and is going to use the shuttle, sadly think twice. It gets old real fast, if you are lucky to work near a bike corral, rent a city bike to bike from NRG to downtown Navy Yard.
Also, the routes need to be re thought. The bus should start by going down Pattinson to 26th, stop at TK, and then proceeded to the ship yard, Urban, the offices and then back up to NRG. That way people don’t have to ride the whole line just to get from Urban to NRG. This shuttle needs rethought.
Final point, they either do or do not check fares. They check work IDs because people with a Navy ID need to pay. What about non employees? Isn’t this a free shuttle for the public too. Just doesn’t see useful to make some pay I know it has to do with dues paid for the overall funding.

Worst most uncaring drivers
We can’t get anywhere in time because your drivers don’t care to keep to the schedule. They take breaks way longer than advertised in the app. 30min between buses that loop around 2.5 mile route is unacceptable
Difficult to use
Very difficult to use and navigate. Cannot find schedules. Timings are different and do not accurately advise on bus arrival.
