New app is useless. Can’t log in to view my accounts. Would be nice if northwestern bank wasn’t so cheap .
New update
The new update is awful. It makes everything so slow, and it’s just honestly ugly. I definitely think it was a big downgrade from what it once was.
Horrible update
Newest update around January 24th is awful!! What happened to Zelle? Also no bill pay options which I used regularly. Doesn’t look as nice as older version and UI is harder to understand.
Stop disabling biometrics
Stop disabling biometrics. It doesn’t make the app more secure it just makes it more annoying.
Needs improvement
This app is terrible. Very hard to use. Putting decimal in dollar amount, maximum amount you can deposit is very low, login info needing to be updated too frequent and a pain to do so.

Great app! Keeps me connected to my bank without the hassle of actually going to the bank.

Really can use more options. I wish you could use the app in the same manner as the website. Seems like the app is only good so check your balance.
