Canceling subscription
The app use to be very good. Now you can’t even watch games because most are streamed on other platforms. I’ve been trying to cancel for the past 2 years and it keeps renovating. The app has a cancellation option but when I press it, it says I don’t have any but it will renew again. Then I get billed and can’t do anything about it. Please help, I do not want to renew!!!!

Flopping is ruining the game
The flopping problem in the NBA is absolutely out of hand and it's making the game unwatchable. Every night you watch Shai Gilgeous-Alexander drive, throw his head back, and fall on the floor and get a whistle. It's every single possession. It's not toughness, it's not craftiness, it's just flopping. And the league is completely rewarding it. You gave him an MVP, a Finals MVP and a ring for it, so why would he ever stop?
This is going to have a huge long term effect on the league. Look at what Steph Curry did to the game. Steph changed basketball forever with the three-pointer, and now you have a whole generation of players like LaMelo Ball and Anthony Edwards and basically every young guard who grew up watching Steph and now they all shoot from 30 feet. Kids copy what works.
So now what is the next generation learning? Kids who are in middle school and high school right now are watching SGA and other guys flop and get rewarded for it. When those kids get to the NBA in 5 to 10 years, they are all going to be floppers too. Because that is what the NBA is teaching them wins. If you want to win MVP and a championship, you need to fall on the floor.
The NBA needs to actually enforce the flopping rule, start calling technicals, start giving real fines, stop rewarding it. Otherwise you are going to ruin the future of the league.

Cable Provider login not working
I can’t log in to the NBA on Apple TV with my cable provider to watch NBA TV after the latest update. I put in my credentials and nothing happens. Says an error occurred. Worked fine until previous update. Only occurs on Apple TV
Not as fake as Korean basketball
Monthly app could be cheaper knowing they make mad profit with Gambling and they have the edge and make money off people without losing.
Disappointing
1) The resume button needs to show up more consistently like it used to
2) Why the hell do we have to watch 3/4 ads for each highlight, especially if the clip is less than 15 seconds ? They’re starting to show greed, it’s absurd.
3) Again….I’m not just speaking for myself, I’m speaking for everyone else who can’t watch games live or on the same day…STOP the app from refreshing and transferring to the current game page if we decide to watch past games from about a week before. It shouldn’t be hard to be a bit more considerate towards the consumers.
4) Please do NOT increase the price again.
5) I’m going to be blunt and say that it’s pretty dumb that we can’t watch the most important nba games, such as the playoffs live on the app itself. That’s just drastically tainting the experience for us, especially during the finals. Nobody should have to wait 5 hours just to watch a replay. 3 hours was obviously better like it used to be.

Might be the worst official App by any major sports organization
The app is absurdly slow and unresponsive. You can’t even watch summer league games in the same cadence as regular games. The streaming quality has shown zero signs of improvement in the last 6 years. The NBA should be embarrassed by this pathetic excuse for an App. Do better

Had a horrendous experience with league pass support. App blocks me when sitting in my living room and accuses me of being in another country. No proxy or VPN, just gaslighting from incompetent NBA staff. I cancelled my subscription after having paid for this for over a decade. Seriously NBA - you treat loyal customers like garbage.

Blacked out finals?
Knick fan traveling in Europe. Was watching on Prime Video no problem. Wouldn’t have WiFi for Game 5 so I needed a backup plan. Subscribed to League Pass and paid $25 only to find out at tip off that the game was blacked out. ESPN for the win luckily.
