Very slow and required additional development
I’m really surprised when I used the most popular bank App , the app is very slow and takes time to login, that’s give me not good experience with this App ,
However this required additional effort to develop this to be one of most Banking and finance APP , I’m using currently international App like ALRAJHI / BSF and many others , the app is very easy to use and very very fast with many additional services and features. There’s no comparison .

Slow, frequent freezing, very unreliable

The banking application is unfortunately very slow, and during working days it often becomes difficult to open or access. Many features sometimes stop working for no clear reason, which affects the overall user experience.
I believe that the application of the largest bank in Egypt should be much faster, more stable, and easier to use without frequent crashes or technical issues. The interface should also be more user-friendly, clearer, and make all services easy to find and access.
It would be great if the app could support more self-service features so customers can complete more banking tasks without needing to visit a branch. I hope to see major improvements soon.

Worst App I have ever seen
Shame on a bank who offers an app that work in a very bad way.
Activation of Face ID failed
After enforced update the activation of Face ID is no longer working - throwing errors on the backend. Very frustrating

انا عميل في هذا البنك انتظار بالساعات عشان تعمل معامله كنت في فرع جاردينيا سيتي وطلعت للمدير عملني بتكبر وازدراء لسان حاله اضرب دماغك في الحيط وقالي احجز اولاين بكرا وتعالي معندناش موظفين وانا هقفل حسابتنا جميعا بسببه بنك مصر افضل منه الف مره سرعه واهتمام وسهوله لا اوصي به احترس قبل ان تشترك معهم
Disappointed service
1 Star is actually generous for the mobile app of National Bank of Egypt.
I have a USD account and the app is simply terrible. Every time I try to use it, I face a different issue. When I attempted to transfer money, the app asked me to update my data, but then informed me that I must visit a branch in Egypt to do so. I live outside the country, so this makes the mobile app completely useless.
Now the app doesn’t even work properly and keeps showing “Operation Failed.” My account has been in negative balance for years because I cannot manage anything through the app. There is no real solution or proper support.
For a major bank, this level of digital banking service is unacceptable. When I return to Egypt, I will most likely close my account.

It’s always failing. I have to open it at least 3 times to load properly. If that’s the start, u can think of the rest 😞

Truly Disappointing App
A very slow, disappointing application that takes longer to load and organization needs a lot of work to improve. It is user unfriendly, exactly like the bank’s unfriendly policies, transfers and appointments’ booking.
