Avoid their Jebel Ali Branch
Their app is not useful as you need to go for every simple thing. Let’s not even talk about their branch staff. They are very lazy and don’t care about their customers. Avoid this bank. You have much better banks in UAE with so much more convenience. I learnt it the hard way.

I can’t find a way to add my credit and debit cards to apple pay even after the latest update.

Why do i have to scan a bar code to use the online banking app, some phones does not have cameras due to work environment and security reasons :)

It’s ok but When comparing with other apps with other banks it’s not that great or user friendly or have much options. Hope it’s updated in the near future..

I can’t pay any bills after the update! The app is so BAD! I may even switch banks. This is ridiculous! Revert the the previous format please.
