Don’t Work
The doesn’t work! Actually doesn’t start! Uninstalled it and installed again but the problem remains ! Loading for ever!
Problem showed up using this mobile app after getting the last update on iphone mini 12
Since yesterday I cannot complete any payment bc I am constantly getting the error “Oops! Something went wrong! Please try again later” in greek language (but this does not matter)!
Non working app
The app is simply not working for days now. For such a critical app to be non working for several days and keep users blocked is unbelievable these days. One can understand how this bank operates and how it values its’ customers. And yes some customers have not NBG internet banking but only a Visa card that need only the NBG Authenticator. Such a disappointment. A good chance to apply on a new card on another bank.
