Worthless
Garbage. Does not work properly after getting a new iPhone. Chat is worthless and calling the banking cannot help you either. Going to a branch doesn’t help. I sent an email requesting help and they send me some generic response. I follow the instructions and I am still not able to use the app. A terrible Greek bank. Terrible support. I have had this issue going on for a year now. I can access my account through Google Chrome but not through the App.

Functional, but some rough edges
Overall, not a bad banking app, but it has some major gotchas that have hung around without getting fixed. Here are a couple. Most people format IBANs with spaces for readability, and if they are wise, they paste them in to avoid mistyping. The app accepts the IBAN with the spaces, but doesn’t strip them out, so the IBAN fails validation. If you delete the spaces, each time you delete a space, the app pops up a validation failure and what is more the validation error box can only be dismissed in one way. Another problem: transaction 3FA codes, these can contain spaces when you set them up, but spaces can’t be entered from the keyboard, so I have to type my code into another app, copy it, and then paste it into the transaction 3FA field!

website functionality is lacking. It should be totally in English or totally in Greek.
website needs to be in English and Greek and all messages that are sent to American account holders should be in English for all webpages of Greek and English
