Have had multiple problems with the app not accepting photos of checks for no apparent reason. The only alternative to deposit a check is to mail it. Major setback.

The ONLY thing I will say about NBKC is lack of Zelle. Other than that…they’re great. Bank lobby team has always been very friendly and helpful. I use the one on 95th in OP

Bil pay should be updated on the main page to show a subtotal of total payment going out .. so I guess the subtotal needs to be shown on the front page of the main page

Don’t sign up for this bank, there is no actual customer support and the chat bot is useless
